Project Description

The consultant will provide services, including assisting with administering compensation plans and creating/updating logic in the Xactly Incent compensation system. We work with business partners to obtain data for processing, generate reports through QlikView, work with complex formulas in Excel, and do other tasks as required by the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams.

Deliverables

Calculate sales commissions according to sales compensation plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.

Update sales compensation system with actual sales results, individual quotas, employee information, and compensation plan information.

Answer and resolve commission questions and issues from their assigned sales team.

Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior team members.

Help maintain annual compensation plan models within the Xactly Incent compensation system.

Validate sales data for accuracy and consistency within Compensation Program guidelines, as defined in the annual planning process and compensation plan

terms and conditions.

Assist with the distribution of individual compensation plans and the collection of plan agreements

Resolve/research reps' inquiries

Work with HR to meet deadlines and track new hires/terms

Utilize other reporting tools needed for incentive compensation role

Project Description

The consultant will provide services to assist the client with building out Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) capabilities and functions.

Key Activities

Create and manage an investor reporting deck, which outlines and highlights key company financials for investors

Provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks (monthly close, periodic reporting, and invoicing)

Create financial models and analyses as needed to support key business decisions 

Creation, tracking, management, and reconciliation of financial budgets
